Shipping

Physical items (T-shirts, posters, stickers) are made to order by a print partner after you pay. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping takes additional days that depend on destination and carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when the carrier provides it. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders to other countries cannot be placed.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). If your location is supported, checkout may offer to show and charge the price in your local currency, such as New Taiwan dollars. That option uses a Stripe exchange rate that includes a conversion fee of about 2 to 4 percent, and you can choose USD instead. Refunds are returned in the currency you paid, at the original exchange rate. Your bank may add its own fees.

Refunds and replacements

Items are made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choice. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or is not the item you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and printer to replace or refund it.

Vendors and what they see

Printify (print partner and order platform) and the print provider it assigns make and ship physical items. They receive your name, shipping address, the items ordered and, when the carrier needs it, your phone number or email. Stripe (payment processor) receives your payment details, billing and contact details and shipping address; we do not see or store full card numbers. Cloudflare delivers this site and sees request data such as IP address. Cloudinary delivers artwork images. We keep order references to avoid duplicate orders, for support and for tax and accounting records. Each vendor keeps its own records under its own privacy policy. Email us to ask for access, correction or deletion; we will tell you which records we must keep.

AI-assisted work and charm notice

Kaidan Codex stories, artwork and voices are made with AI assistance under human direction. Product designs are inspired by folklore horror fiction. Talisman-style designs are decorative art and fiction props. They are not a religious item and do not protect, heal, bless or bring luck or harm to anyone. Buying a physical item does not transfer copyright in the artwork.

運送

實體商品（T 恤、海報、貼紙）於付款後由合作印製廠商接單製作。製作通常需 2 至 7 個工作天，之後的運送時間依目的地與物流業者而定。結帳頁顯示的送達時間為預估，並非保證。物流業者提供追蹤編號時，我們會以電子郵件寄出。目前僅配送至美國地址，無法下單寄送至其他國家或地區。

價格以美元（USD）計價。若您所在地區受支援，結帳頁可能提供以當地貨幣（例如新臺幣）顯示並付款；該選項使用 Stripe 的匯率，其中含約 2% 至 4% 的換匯費用，您也可以選擇以美元付款。退款會以您付款時的幣別、依原交易匯率退回。您的銀行可能另收手續費。

退款與補寄

商品為接單客製印製，不接受因改變心意或尺寸選擇錯誤的退貨。若商品到貨時損壞、瑕疵、印製錯誤或與訂購內容不符，請於收貨後 30 天內來信，附上訂單編號與清楚照片，我們會補寄或退款。若包裹在運送途中遺失，請聯絡我們，我們會與物流及印製廠商處理補寄或退款。

廠商與其可見資料

Printify（印製與訂單平台）及其指派的印製廠商負責製作與寄送實體商品，會取得您的姓名、收件地址、訂購品項，必要時還有電話或電子郵件。Stripe（付款處理）會取得付款資料、帳單與聯絡資料及收件地址；我們不會看到或儲存完整卡號。Cloudflare 提供本網站並可見 IP 位址等請求資料。Cloudinary 提供作品圖片。我們保留訂單編號以避免重複下單、處理客服，以及稅務與會計紀錄。各廠商依其各自隱私權政策保存紀錄。如需查詢、更正或刪除，請來信，我們會說明哪些紀錄必須保留。

AI 輔助與護符聲明

怪談典的故事、圖像與配音在人工指導下以 AI 輔助製作。商品設計取材自民間傳說恐怖虛構作品。符籙風格設計僅為裝飾藝術與虛構道具，並非宗教用品，不具保護、治療、祝福、招來好運或厄運之功能。購買實體商品不會轉讓作品著作權。
